To start off with, I generally have nothing against the upcoming collections feature which can be quite handy when you make a fresh start. That the Nexus is holding a gun to authors’ heads is the only thing that bothers me. I want to give the default Oblivion body and head a second life, freeing them from their ugly existence. My plan is to rework all head and body textures and meshes of all races and the default equipment eliminating the dreaded neck seam. This project is a spin-off from my long-term project Abyss Demon. The final mod will be needed for the seamless Vanilla version of the race.

Some days ago, I have resumed work on the demonic race and quest mod. The body and head textures and meshes have been untouched for a very long time. Then, recently, I learned of a method to mend the seam between the head and the body: the Seam Mender script which is included in Room207’s Blender Portable Version.
